The Human Resource Committee oversights all matters relating to compensation, employment, and ongoing prerequisite of the staff of the County Assemblies and reviews critical human resource policies for the County Assemblies Service Board. It also makes decisions and recommendations to the Steering Committee on matters of policy and operations of the County Assembly Service. The Committee provides a platform for learning and developing best practices in HR matters, reviewing the diversity in HR policies, and determining the way forward on operations affecting staff of the County assemblies. The Committee is also tasked with constant review of HR practices to recommend common policy frameworks for salaries, pensions, and rewards of the County Assemblies staff. The HR Committee has successfully spearheaded the County Assemblies Human Resource Manual development.
